Model Use: This model was used in the developer's sales office to help with preconstruction sales.
Model Details: Individual lots were outlined, painted and shaded a different color to help with the sales efforts. From the engineering topo the contours were machined from a piece of urethane foam to precisely match the landform. Also shown on the model was; clubhouse, gate house, people, cars, trees, landscaping, 11 lakes, etc.
Model Base: The base has a 4” ledge on all sides with storage underneath.
