Model Use:This detailed model was used as a sales tool for preconstruction sales in this exquisite senior living complex.
Model Details: The model provided three phases of construction. The different buildings were - three and four story apartment buildings, two story commons building, wellness center, healthcare building, assisted living, skilled nursing, special care, thirty cottages, two bedroom plans and three bedroom plans, staff parking and services, public parking, water features, connecting walkways, etc. The contours were machined from polyurethane foam and sanded to match the exact elevations of the site (as we do on all of our detailed landform models). The model has a Plexiglas dust cover that covered the complete model without a seam.
Unique Base: On this model we built an unique model cabinet and storage area. It had an 8” lip all around with blind doors underneath on two sides that opened into a large area to store printed materials (see photo).
Digital Photography Online: We provided digital photographs during model construction and kept our client updated via e-mail.
